Organically reared chickens are subject to several regulations as all other certified organic farming. Their diet consists of organic grain without any trace of pesticide, herbicide, insecticide or GMOs and their food is made only from plant sources (no animal meal). Chickens have larger spaces, and the animals are not subject to any preventive vaccinations or medications. As chickens do not fly, they pasture in large fields separated by fences to limit access to potential predators. Their transportation is also regulated under organic certification as the transportation distance to the slaughter, and the number of birds per cage during transportation.<\/p>\n

Our chickens are bred freely in an environment similar to their natural environment, which allows them to move freely around their park.<\/p>\n

In Greek : Paprika , steak spice , onion, herbs , lemon juice , garlic, mustard, salt.<\/p>\n

Shistaouk: Plain yogurt, fresh garlic, and black pepper.<\/p>\n

Tzaziki: Plain yogurt, fresh garlic, onion, dill, cucumber, black pepper, and lemon juice.<\/p>\n

Curry and coconut: Curry, coconut milk, and coconut flakes.<\/p>\n

At Dijon : Dijon mustard , grain mustard , yellow mustard, honey, maple syrup, plain yogurt , pepper, salt , steak spices and garlic.<\/p>\n

BBQ: ketchup , molasses, cider vinegar, brown sugar , mustard, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, cumin and Cajun spices.<\/p>\n
