Extra-lean ground ostrich
Most recipes of ground meat advise you to empty the fat when you cook them. The ground ostrich meat is so lean that there is no fat flowing. The ostrich, can be used in any recipe. Chili, spaghetti sauce, delicious lasagna, or use it for a stir fry. It is a red meat that is richer in protein and lower in fat than turkey, but above all it is delicious.
